I have to tell you, this is some basic information. I get that psych 101 is typically a required class so not everyone is interested in it but knowing the 9 answers listed above will absolutely relate in your life no matter where life takes you. There are so many people I have seen who have an anxiety disorder or something far more serious and they end up self-medicating with drugs and alcohol because no one in their group of friends or family recognizes the symptoms and says "hey you can get help". Don't even get me started on PTSD and how many women are effected by trauma and the psychological and medical community continue to ignore this and continue slapping bipolar labels on women and clearly overmedicating them. This may just be an assignment to you but knowing the basics can change someone's life.
