I had an egd woke up at my house not remembering anyting about the procedure this was a good thing but I have a super memory and im now finding forming new memories or remembering what i did this day kinda fuzzy is this forever?Does the drug versed cause permanent anterograde amnesia?
I don't know what you mean by permanent, but yes. You will not remember any of the events that occur while on versed, and many times will have amnesia for the moments immediately before or after receiving the dose. The amnesia will be permanent, but you'll only lose a sliver of time. As far as I know, there are no long lasting amnesic events.
