Dissociative amnesia?

"Symptoms of dissociative amnesia such as memory loss, mental health problems like depression and anxiety, a sense of being detached from yourself, a blurred sense of identity, derealization." **

I relate strongly to all of these... I've never been "diagnosed" with anything besides ADD, but these symptoms are not new to me at all... for the past 5 years or so and much longer for some of them like depression or anxiety. I never thought there was a possible name for what I've been experiencing, it was by chance I came across this. I don't know what I should do now, I have no money to see a specialist or anything. Would anyone have some sort of suggestions?

fyi I'm 21 yrs oldDissociative amnesia?
Dissociative amnesia is when a person is unable to remember information about a traumatic event.. It is not normal forgetfulness... Good Example: would be someone getting into a traumatic car accident.. and then suddenly after has no recall of the event what so ever.. If you think you have this you need to talk to your doctor or psychiatrist to get a proper diagnosis... I am a certified pharmacy technician and medical coding student...

Go to MHMR(mental health, mental retardation). or another community mental health center.. They can help you ....Dissociative amnesia?
Yes it is real and it happens to a lot of people. It's also socially exploited which can mean people realise it happens to you and take advantage of it without you ever knowing it happens; for sexual or other favours. It's been a part of human society for years and is one the saddest things - more like slavery than a diagnosis. Sorry, does that answer your question?
