They all range in severity. My bipolar is quite mild, not to mention I am treated for it. I have dark days, but historically some bipolar has been extremely severe and caused complete mental unhinging.



I'd say schizophrenia one of the most severe, because where Bipolar and SAD etc. change ones mood, it cannot alter the personality underneath. Schizophrenia can completely destroy a personality if it is not treated quickly, although, again, there are varying levels of severity.



So you cannot really order them, unless you order them in terms of the social assumptions and myths about them. Trying to order them would not only be extremely difficult, but completely a matter of opinion.How would your rank these 17 psychological disorders from most severe to least severe?
